President and CEO
Lisa Coker is the principal and CEO of Infinite Management Solutions, LLC, a woman veteran owned certified small business which primarily partners with middle-market and large organizations in both private and public sectors in the Midwestern region.
Coker is a proud United States Air Force veteran. She has earned a reputation as a trusted partner, dynamic team facilitator, outstanding problem solver, and accomplished professional. She helps C-Suite executives develop strategic plans, optimize operational processes, and execute their vision with precision. Coker is a certified Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Process Improvement Black Belt practitioner and is often consulted for her innovative business improvement strategies and solutions resulting in reduced operational costs and improved mission effectiveness. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Coker also holds a master’s degree in Organizational Change Management and has completed professional executive programs at the University of Tennessee, University of Dayton, and Dartmouth College.
Coker’s passion, professionalism, and poise continue to propel her forward as a recognized expert and leader in her field. In 2017, Coker had the distinct honor of leading a comprehensive strategic planning project for the Air Force Materiel Command’s (AFMC) 4-Star General Commander. The commander managed an $80 Billion annual budget and employed over 27,000. Coker’s outstanding team leadership skills enabled the General and her 120-member leadership team to establish a new vision statement and multiple strategic goals and objectives.
In 2018, the Dayton Business Journal recognized Coker as one of the region’s brightest young professionals and named her a “Forty Under 40” award winner. She was also recognized as a top 100 business professional across the nation, as she was named as an “American Business Journal Rising Star.”
In 2022 & 2023, the Dayton Business Journal recognized Coker as a “Who’s Who in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and was recognized as a 2023 “Power 50”, which highlights Dayton’s most influential women of the year.
Coker holds memberships to the Forbes Business Council, Rotary Club of Dayton, and Women in Business Network (WIBN). She serves as a Board of Trustee for the Dayton Art Institute, and the Vice President of the Miami Valley’s Women in Defense (WID) Board of Directors. In her spare time, Coker enjoys traveling, listening to podcasts, and spending quality time with her family.
RACHEL BARTHEL
Senior Business Operations Manager
Rachel Barthel is an analytical and strategic thinker, with over 15 years of experience organizing and supporting executive teams. She is focused on continuous process improvement and project management, with a strong passion toward data-driven and quality results.
Rachel is a proud United States Marine Corps veteran. During her 10-years serving on active duty, she was repeatedly recognized for her leadership, professionalism, outstanding work ethic, and unwavering devotion to accomplishing the mission.
Mrs. Barthel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Argosy University with both a Master of Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Master of Business Administration. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
As a strong supporter for giving back to your community, Rachel is an active member of the Program Committee for Clothes That Work in Dayton, Ohio.

ROSALIND R. HARPER
Strategic Business Consultant
Ms. Rosalind R. Harper is a Strategic Business Consultant for Infinite Management Solutions, LLC., leading Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) outreach initiatives across an array of customers, partners, and stakeholders. She brings 36 years of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition, process improvement and management experience. In her role as HBCU program manager, Ms. Harper leads the strategic development and implementation of creative, inclusive, and diverse opportunities for students and faculty of HBCUs to increase representation in the DoD ecosystem. Ms. Harper is proud graduate of a HBCU, Hampton University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is a graduate of Defense Acquisition University executive-level Program Manager’s Course – PMT 401 and holds three master’s degrees: Master of Public Administration from the University of Dayton; Master of Military Operational Arts and Science from Air University, and Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy (National Defense University).
Prior to this position, Ms. Harper served as the Director of Contracting/Senior Contracting Official, Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. In this capacity, she served as the senior acquisition advisor to AFRL Commander, implementing contract policy, compliance, procedures, and processes for seven contracting offices/locations, including three satellite offices in Tokyo, London, and Chile. She led the training and talent management for a diverse workforce of 400+ contracting professionals, while leading the contract strategies/implementation for research and development; managing the execution of more than $5.2 billion in annual obligations, with over 12,000 active contractual actions for 12 Technical Directorates, to include the Small Business Innovative Research Center and the Defense Production Act.
Ms. Harper, or Roz, to her friends and family is “servant leader,” ensuring the growth and development of the individuals and the eco-systems she belongs to are her primary focus. She is married to Charles E. Harper, and they have one adult daughter, Alexandria N.A. Harris.
TESSA LAWSON
HR Generalist
Tessa Lawson is a passionate, quality focused HR professional with extensive experience collaborating with leaders, supporting teams, and shaping organizations in a variety of industries including finance, manufacturing, and healthcare. A proud Wittenberg alumna she also holds an MBA and graduate certifications in human resource management, mediation, and gerontology.
She began her professional career in sales and swiftly transitioned to HR where she oversaw recruitment and development helping to fuel the growth and success of a rapidly expanding, multibillion dollar financial services corporation. Her inherent ability to connect with individuals at all levels of an organization coupled with her sincere desire to see others win have fueled her professional success and allowed her to propel companies forward. She is skilled in selection and performance management systems and loves training and development. It is her belief that HR professionals are privileged to have the opportunity to serve and uplift teams and add unique value to drive organizational success.
She spends her time away from the office creating memories with family and friends. She enjoys learning, nature, creating art, and finding ways to positively impact those around her.
REBECCA O’CONNOR
Client Delivery Leader
Rebecca O’Connor is a proven leader and program manager with over 35 years of military experience. Her strengths are bringing diverse teams together to develop innovative solutions and processes to ensure mission success. She believes in empowering individuals and developing their skills and abilities resulting in high performers and future leaders. Rebecca’s outstanding leadership and dedication resulted in her being the first female ever promoted to the rank of Brigadier General in the Ohio Air National Guard.
Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Chemistry from Ohio University and was later commissioned as an Intelligence Officer in the Ohio Air National Guard. This afforded her a wide-range of opportunities and responsibilities consisting of F-16 & HH-60 combat operations and training, Aircraft Survivability, Scientific and Technical Intelligence, and Staff and Joint roles at the Headquarters level.
Additionally, Rebecca honed her program management and planning skills while assisting with a Wing transition from fighter operations to Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), where she executed a five (5) year plan for personnel, training, facilities, and budgets, while ensuring all milestones and timelines were met. As a group commander, Rebecca was responsible for building an ISR Group from the ground up. She created unique manning documents, established short- and long-term mission goals, and oversaw a $7.5 million secure facility construction project.
Finally, her outstanding decision-making, coordination, and rapid solutions were showcased when given Command of the largest COVID mass vaccination site in the state of Ohio, where her team of over 650 personnel continuously provided over 6,000 shots per day – easily exceeding the state’s goal. She provided accurate and constant communications with federal, state, and local agencies, medical providers, university officials, community leaders, and critical media outlets which enabled trust and overall mission success.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys undertaking new home renovations, spending time with family, cooking, gardening, and watching sports.
JON RUCKER
Senior Business Development Manager
Jon Rucker is an Operations, Human Resources, and integral leader with over 30 years in a diverse and rewarding military career. He first enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1986 culminating with his direct involvement in Operation DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM focused on supply chain management for a combat communications unit and separated in 1991. He rejoined the Air Force as a commissioned officer after earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in 1995. He held various leadership positions in the Command and Control, Intelligence and Human Resources career fields while working at all levels of the Air Force.
Jon has an exemplary record winning six distinguished awards and earning his master’s degree from Air University. He led two separate organizations as the Chief Operating Officer resulting a 250% profit increase, overhauled the Air Force’s military evaluation system and led the talent management strategy for the largest Major Command in the Air Force. His latest accomplishments occurred as the Director of Staff for the Air Force Research Laboratory where he developed, refined, and crafted executive policy and guidance for the 10,000-person organization while reestablishing the organization’s Public Affairs function resulting in the emergence of an effective communications Directorate to tell the Research Laboratory story.
Jon is a die-hard University of Tennessee Volunteer and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
KATHEY M SMITH
Chief of Staff
Smith currently holds the position of Chief of Staff/Business Development Director where she is responsible for researching prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursuing and managing leads, maintaining client relationships and identifying new prospects. She also serves as HR SME and provides oversight and leadership for staff onboarding activities from hire to deployment as well as personnel management and support. She has extensive experience working within a local government environment with over 15 years of supervisory experience in Human Resources; her experience includes recruitment and retention, staff onboarding, staff deployment/management, process improvement, contract negotiations and payroll reporting.
Smith holds a MA from Central Michigan University (Human Resources Administration) and a BS from the University of Michigan (Political Science/Social Science)
