LISA COKER
President and CEO
Lisa Coker is the principal and Chief Executive Officer of Infinite Management Solutions, LLC, a woman- and veteran-owned and certified small business which primarily partners with middle-market and large organizations in private and public sectors in the Midwest.
Coker is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran. An accomplished professional, she has earned a reputation as a trusted partner, dynamic team facilitator and outstanding problem solver.
In her role, Coker helps C-Suite executives develop strategic plans, optimize processes and execute their vision with precision. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Process Improvement Black Belt practitioner and is often consulted for her innovative business improvement strategies and solutions resulting in reduced operational costs and improved mission effectiveness.
In addition to a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Coker holds a master’s in organizational change management. She has completed professional executive programs at the University of Tennessee, University of Dayton and Dartmouth College.
Coker’s passion, professionalism and poise continue to propel her forward as a recognized expert and leader in her field. In 2017, she had the distinct honor of leading a comprehensive strategic planning project for the Air Force Materiel Command’s (AFMC) Four-Star General Commander. The commander managed an annual budget of $80B and employed over 27,000 people. Coker’s outstanding team leadership skills enabled the general and her 120-member leadership team to establish a new vision statement and multiple strategic goals and objectives.
In 2018, the Dayton Business Journal recognized Coker as one of the region’s brightest young professionals and named her a “Forty Under 40” award winner. She was also recognized as a top 100 business professional across the nation, as she was named an “American Business Journal Rising Star.”
In 2022 and 2023, the Dayton Business Journal recognized Coker as a “Who’s Who in the Aerospace & Defense Industry.” She was also recognized as a 2023 “Power 50” member, which highlights Dayton’s most influential women of the year.
Coker holds memberships to the Forbes Business Council, Rotary Club of Dayton and Women in Business Network (WIBN). She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Dayton Art Institute and the vice president of the Miami Valley’s Women in Defense (WID) Board of Directors.
In her spare time, Coker enjoys traveling, listening to podcasts and spending quality time with her family.
RACHEL BARTHEL
Senior Business Operations Manager
Rachel Barthel serves as the Senior Business Operations Manager at Infinite Management Solution LLC. In her role, she spearheads multifaceted initiatives aimed at optimizing organizational efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction. She focuses on process optimization, customer engagement and scalable solutions to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
Barthel is an analytical and strategic thinker with 20-plus years of experience in organizing and supporting executive teams. She is focused on continuous process improvement and project management, with a strong passion for data-driven and quality results.
In her professional career, Barthel has demonstrated expertise in project management, documentation development, business analysis and financial management. She has a proven ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization as well as external clients and vendors. Barthel is experienced in streamlining processes and implementing innovative programs to improve efficiency and reduce expenses while maintaining project scope.
She is a proud United States Marine Corps veteran. During her decade of active duty, she was repeatedly recognized for her leadership, professionalism, outstanding work ethic and unwavering devotion to accomplishing the mission. Barthel graduated summa cum laude from Argosy University with two master’s degrees: one in industrial-organizational psychology and another in business administration. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a certificate in human resource management.
As a strong supporter of giving back to the community, Rachel is an active board member of the Tipp City Enrichment Program in Tipp City, Ohio. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and hiking.
CULLEN FARRAR
Program Manager
Cullen Farrar works as the Program Manager for Infinite Management Solutions LLC. He brings with him 20-plus years of experience in project, program and operations management in the Department of Defense.
Farrar has been extremely successful in leading large teams, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and developing strategic processes to enhance and ensure organizational goals and milestones. He is highly focused on attention to detail, rapid responsiveness and empowering the team to move toward a common goal.
Farrar graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and public relations and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on project management. Currently, he is Project Management Professional certified. Farrar is also a military veteran, having served 17 years in the Air Force as an F-15 Avionics Technician and a Space Operator and three years in the Space Force as a Space Operations Missile Warning Subject Matter Expert and operations superintendent of an Intelligence unit. He had the privilege to serve in England, Hawaii and Japan, giving him a unique perspective across several different domains. During his tour in Hawaii, he experienced the rare opportunity of providing a real-world missile-warning threat briefing to then-Secretary of Defense General James Mattis.
Lastly, during the height of COVID-19, Farrar was hailed for his responsiveness and coordination of the safe and efficient repatriation of 380 U.S. citizens aboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship, which was contained to a Japanese seaport due to a virus outbreak onboard. Additionally, having learned Japanese during his time in Japan, he was vital to the successful search and rescue efforts of a downed U.S. helicopter in the Sea of Japan, liaising between the Japanese Coast Guard and U.S. Forces. The effort resulted in the saving of lives of five military members.
In his spare time, Farrar enjoys spending time with his family, keeping the “kid” in him alive through watching copious amounts of anime and playing videogames. Mostly, though, he has an unwavering love of playing the electric guitar, specifically related to ‘80s hair metal.
ROSALIND HARPER
Strategic Business Consultant
Rosalind Harper is a Strategic Business Consultant for Infinite Management Solutions, LLC. Her focus revolves around maximizing client satisfaction and increasing market share, and she accomplishes that by delivering subject-matter expertise to CEO Lisa Coker and the leadership team.
Essentially, Harper uses her business acumen to generate a company-wide focus on increased efficiency and productivity.
Leveraging 35-plus years of Department of Defense acquisition, process improvement and management experience, Harper recommends proven strategies to bolster the performance and growth of Infinite Management Solutions’ strategic partnership opportunities, potential joint ventures, acquisitions/mergers and essential capital projects.
Harper received her B.A. in psychology from Hampton University, one of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the United States. She also holds three master’s degrees, including a Master of Public Administration from the University of Dayton, Master of Military Operational Arts and Science from Air University and Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy (National Defense University).
She is also a graduate of Defense Acquisition University executive-level Program Manager’s Course, PMT 401.
TESSA LAWSON
HR Manager
Tessa Lawson is the Human Resources Manager at Infinite Management Solutions LLC. She is a passionate, quality focused professional with extensive experience in collaborating with leaders, supporting teams and shaping organizations in a variety of industries including finance, manufacturing and healthcare.
Her inherent ability to connect with individuals at all levels, coupled with her sincere desire to see others experience success, fuels her professionally in propelling companies forward. Lawson is skilled in selection and performance-management systems and loves training and development. It is her belief that HR professionals are privileged to have the opportunity to serve and uplift teams and add unique value to drive organizational success.
Lawson began her professional career in sales before transitioning to human resources, where she oversaw recruitment and development to fuel the growth and success of a rapidly expanding, multibillion-dollar financial services corporation.
A proud Wittenberg alumna, Lawson also holds a Master of Business Administration and graduate certifications in human resource management, mediation and gerontology.
Lawson spends her time away from the office creating memories with family and friends. She enjoys learning, nature, creating art and finding ways to positively impact those around her.
REBECCA O’CONNOR
Client Delivery Leader
Rebecca O’Connor is the Client Delivery Leader for Infinite Management Solutions LLC. In her role, O’Connor inspires and mentors her team to achieve excellence and provide superior client service.
A proven leader and program manager with over 35 years of military experience, O’Connor excels in bringing diverse teams together to develop innovative solutions and processes, ensuring mission success.
O’Connor’s leadership and dedication led to her promotion as the first female Brigadier General in the Ohio Air National Guard. She holds a B.S. in forensic chemistry from Ohio University and was commissioned as an Intelligence Officer in the Ohio Air National Guard. Her career includes roles in F-16 and HH-60 combat operations, aircraft survivability, scientific and technical intelligence, as well as various staff and joint positions.
She honed her program management skills during a transition to Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), executing a five-year plan for personnel, training, facilities and budgets.
During the pandemic, O’Connor commanded the largest COVID-19 mass vaccination site in Ohio, showcasing her decision-making and coordination abilities.
O’Connor enjoys home renovations, spending time with family, cooking, gardening and watching sports.
JON RUCKER
Senior Business Development Manager
Jon Rucker is the Senior Business Development Manager for Infinite Management Solutions LLC.
An integral leader with over 30 years of experience in a diverse and rewarding military career, Rucker first enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1986, culminating with his direct involvement in operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In that time, Rucker focused on supply chain management for a combat communications unit and separated in 1991.
He rejoined the Air Force as a commissioned officer after earning a bachelor’s degree in 1995 from the University of Tennessee. Rucker has held various leadership positions in Command and Control, Intelligence, Cyber and Human Resources while working at all levels of the Air Force. He has deployed three times in support of various operations.
In the Air Force, Rucker earned his master’s degree from Air University. He led two separate organizations as the chief operating officer, resulting in a 250 percent profit increase. Additionally, Rucker overhauled the Air Force’s military evaluation system and led the talent management strategy for the largest major command in the Air Force.
His Air Force career culminated in his 2021 retirement as Director of Staff for the Air Force Research Laboratory.
Rucker is a loyal University of Tennessee fan and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
KATHEY SMITH
Chief of Staff
Kathey Smith serves as the Chief of Staff for Infinite Management Solutions LLC. In her role, Smith drives organizational success on a consistent basis.
Smith supports executive decision-making, cross-departmental coordination and onboarding, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Previously, Smith served Infinite Management Solutions LLC as human resources director and business development director. In human resources, she enhanced personnel systems and recruitment efforts, while fostering client relationships and identifying growth opportunities in business development.
With over 25 years of experience in human resources at the local government level, Smith specializes in recruitment, retention, staff management, process improvement and contract negotiations.
Smith holds a master’s degree in human resources administration from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in political science and social science from the University of Michigan.
Guided by her motto, “Life is a gift, it is meant to be opened and shared,” Smith hopes to always inspire meaningful change and growth. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, dancing, the outdoors and pickleball.
